- Composing an orchestral work based on the epic journey of the Titanic
- Composing a song cycle based on three Shakespeare Monologues titled "Shakespeare on the Mind"
- Commissioned by James Davis at Mt. Morris H.S. to write an original concert band piece. (completed Jan. 2008)
